DRILL BIT FOR EARTH witch a side-scrolling

A tractor drill for soil with side displacement is most often used for drilling holes in already existing orchards and vineyards.

Due to the frequent need to replace old trees/vines, there was a need for a machine that would drill planting holes in the row, and at the same time allow the tractor to move in a straight line between the rows.

The side-feed tractor ground drill can be moved laterally to the left and right at an angle of 70° to 75° relative to its axis.

The drive is carried out through two tractor PTO shafts, and then through the reducer, the beam carries the drill itself and with the help of hydraulics (levers) the drill is raised and lowered, and thus the drilling depth is determined

DRILL BIT FOR EARTH

Tractor-mounted hole punch, auger, drill… many names for this very simple, but very useful machine.

The tractor drill for soil drills holes in the ground for various needs, such as planting seedlings and installing fence posts or wire trellises for orchards and vineyards, but also for drilling holes for installing flags.

The drive is carried out via the tractor’s connecting spindle                 ( cardan), and then via the reducer, the beam carries the drill itself, and with the help of hydraulics (lever), the drill is raised and lowered, thereby determining the drilling depth

The spiral itself is bent as a machine element, 6mm thick, with two beginnings on which 10mm thick manganese steel is welded, which enables slower wear and better and long-lasting operation of the drill bit.

According to the customer’s request, we make earth drills of the desired diameter and thickness of the spiral.
